We have free group fitness classes for all fitness levels with Top Ride (Spin), yoga, pilates, Power, Fight-Do, Ki-Max, Exo-Circuit & Zumba!

Our changing suites are each furnished with a sauna and steamroom. Vanity areas are provided with hair dryers, GHD’s, iron and ironing board ensuring you will look your best for your next meeting or social outing.
