Yesterday we had so much fun our first fashion shoot for Mr and Mrs. We set ourselves a huge challenge as we wanted to use my favourite restaurant Capitol to give it that true Wellington Flavour. We had to be finished before lunch and had 6 different dresses,suits and flowers, so it was a very early 6am start for all. Our amazing models Priyani Puketapu and James Trevena Brown where fantastic to work with our course made a very cute couple. Carl and Tracey from Salute Hair and Day Spa are a super talented team, Carl certainly is the master of the up-do! Priyani and James looked incredible with each different look.

Penny and Hayley from Inspire captured some beautiful images, Penny’s talents as a fashion and wedding photographer really helped to show the dresses to their full potential. A big Thank you to Capitol for lending us their very chic restaurant and stacking up all the furniture for us. Thanks to Brad from Frank Casey for giving up his morning to help dress James each time, a huge life saver for me! We were very privileged to have some very beautiful dresses to work with and florists to add that wedding flavour. I won’t thank them individually as I don’t want to ruin any surprises for 30th October issue……… so exciting!!!

Good luck to Priyani for the Miss Universe Competition in Brazil in a few weeks, I am sure they will love you as much as we do. Good luck to James too, he is very close to being cast a lead role in a new surfing movie to filmed in South Africa. Wow, 2 very talented and not to mention gorgeous people…..
